まるでお父さんみたいです。
難しい表現ですね。
その女性は未熟なのでしょうか？
そうでなければ、育てるっていう表現は、なんかしっくりこないです。

「柔らかさ」や「しなやかさ」にも似ていますが
考えた方やモノの見方が男性よりも多面的で
臨機応変な対応が可能なように感じます。

こちらがダメだと判れば、また別の方向からトライする
そんな「しぶとさ」が女性の良さではないでしょうか？

私の実感ですが、女性はうまく放置しておけば、それなりに育つと思います。

育てる方も迷ってるんですね。

男性は鍛え方が女性と違うっていうの、気づきませんでした。いつも自分基準に考えてしまいます。へぇぇ！
