例によって、ノートをはりつけます。

《コミュニケーション能力養成講座第２回》

■議題 「書く」ということ
●宇都先生●
企画書のポイント：5W1H
いつ、どこ、だれ、なに、どちらの、どのように・どうやって
短く、ポイントをつかむ！！！
一番重要なもの ⇒【How】！
目標が明確でなければ、企画書、報告書にならない
Q：具体と抽象 どちらがわかりやすい？
A：具体。先が見える。
それに向かって進んでいけばよくなる
「一人十色」⇒具体的に分かるものを表現しなければ、分からない
一文字、でもいい！
難しい言葉
あたまいい、と思われる？ →×
「具体的でわかりやすい」がポイント
cf）履歴書も同じ
抽象的なことを書いたとしても、担当者は分からない
具体的なことを並べると、ぴんとくる
具体例：就職活動
具体例や数字で、やったことを表現するようにした
今は、就職協定（7/1から会社まわり という法律）がなくなった
それ以前から就職活動始めていたから 企業に自由に、と1997に始まった
就職活動で、自分をどうすればアピールできるか、考えた
ものにたとえた
「ゴム」でたとえた（細く、でも伸びる …根性）
自分をたとえるとどういう人間かと聞いたら、
「かきくけこ人間」と表現した学生がいた
例：やまもと
「羊」…温和なイメージ
cf)3ヶ月がんばることが、いいイメージをつくる！
②＜絶対的な柱をつくる＞ …必ず、はずせない、柱がある
・例；
赤ワイン：ライト（例：ボジョレー）
ミディアム（例：ブルゴーニュ）
フルボディ（果実実があって豊か）
白ワイン：味覚が中心になる 醸造方法が違うから
甘口・辛口、など
味を知っている人は、品種などの情報からお客自身で商品を選んでくれる
が、知らないお客さんは、味も書かなければ分からない
「素人」「玄人」だれにでもぜったい分かるような柱を
例：コンビニ
「24時間経営で、一個でも気軽に買える」
③＜表現方法＞
1)プラスのイメージを抱ける言葉
物事は両面から表現できる
プラスで自分を表現すると、よく思ってもらえる
もちろん、自信過剰、と思われてしまったら問題があるが
2)コンパクトにまとめる
長い文章では、ポイントがつかめない 読み手も読みたくなくなる
箇条書きがベター
例：長島監督が、最終解説に呼ばれない理由（句読点がない）
3)「図」をつかう 「空欄」をつくる
「なぜこの図が入っているんだろう？」と考えることによって、分かりやすくなる 興味もそそる
例：一ヶ月の売り上げ 90万、とかくよりも、グラフで一日ごとの売り上げが書かれていたほうがいい。
④＜報告書＞
例：イタリアンワインフェアー売上報告書 →資料
ポイント：
1)結果の報告 ：「なぜ悪かったのか、書く」
例：雨の日は、客数が5%くらい減る…
店も滑って危ないし、客も元気がなくなって購買意欲が減る
2)理由 ：
例：低価格をそろえずぎると…利益が出にくくなる
本数を売らないといけない
同じ味をそろえすぎると…
3)対応策 ：これを考えられなかったら、企画書・報告書は意味がない
例：Icubeはいろいろ企画を作っているので、
問題解決能力（どうやったらいいんだろう）
原因究明能力（なにがわるかったんだろう）
この二つの能力が、ぜったいに重要！！！
これらが、今の会社はない！！
参考文献『the Goal』
どのようにしたら、消費者に興味を持っていただけるか
「マーケットイン」
消費者の目から物を作るのではなく、企業の側から考えるのがほとんど
「マーケットアウト」
例：麒麟麦酒 ：ラガー 企業の理論で作ったら、売れなかった…
生とラガーという似たような味がぶつかった
淡麗を、つくって、タレントを使い、イメージ回復…
タレントをまずはじめに使った例 「アサヒ」スーパードライ
消費者二百万人の言葉を集めた！
→短期間で一億ケースをうった！
ラガーは濃かった
すっきりっとした辛口をイメージしたら、どの料理にもあった
200万人・お互いに歩み寄って、いい商品がつくれた
「書くことによって、いかに表現力が発揮されるか」
●後半、グループワーク
10個ほど、表現を考えてみる
5人 １グループで
どんな表現をしたら、それが魅力的に見えるか？
＜発表＞
「お」チーム
・日本：東洋の繁栄日本、大都会東京、…
豊かな自然とミステリアスな年が、あなたをお待ちしています
・アメリカ： ？
・フランス：芸術や、ファッションのセンスに優れ、世界各国から注目を浴びる
パリの街をあるいたら、あなたもパリジェンヌ 私もパリジェンヌ
・東京：109とラフォーレがある、最先端の年
・ディズニー：子供の夢- …
・長島：自然体でスーパースター
停滞する日本にメイクドラマーだ！
などなど
「あ」チーム
・日本：いつもでも新しい世
・アメリカ：歴史は浅いが世界の中心となる大国。その理由は、自由です。
・フランス：高貴で上品な国
・東京：24時間眠らない街。日本の中心で人が集まる
・京都：
・大阪：元気で笑っておいしい食い倒れのまち、大阪
・お台場：多目的都市開発地
（情報発信地であり、デートスポット
・ディズニー：大人もこどもも楽しめる夢の国

☆なぜ、グループ発表してもらったのか
１）考え方の違う人間が集まることで、新しい考え方が生まれる
＝三人寄れば文殊の知恵
２）第一回のテーマ、『聴く』を理解していますか？
…相手を肯定するということ
３）同じテーマでも、見方・考え方によって表現が変わる
…体言どめしたり、です・ますでとめたり
４）まったく知らない人に興味を抱かせるにはどうしたらよいか？
→360度から見る視点の大切さ
１．日本・フランス・アメリカ
２．東京・京都・大阪
３．ディズニーランド・東京

５．長嶋茂雄
１，２，３は、＜比較＞をイメージした
並べるからこそ、具体的なものがイメージできると思った
（英語の比較級）
例；東京タワー、金閣寺、など
４．日本人の中でも感動した人が多かったと思ったので、
それを表現してもらいたかった
５．長嶋は、誰でもわかっているから
（ReFLESH・こいけちゅう・Icubeも入れたのだが…）
＜牧野＞
意外と、かけないもの
知識を蓄えることと、表現することはイコールではない
「メールを使うと漢字を忘れる」
毎日、一行でも書こう
●企画のポイント「独創性」
言葉のイメージ：
新しい、説得力がある、論理的
オリジナリティ、→効果（魅力的・ひきつける）
（周りの意見を聞いて合わせるのは、独創性ない
→ 一人でやる 話しを聞かない 独特、ユニーク
ポイント：『創る』
他を取り込む
他人が 『気付いていないこと』
『行わないこと』
『行えないこと』
これらを盛り込んでいるもの！
みんな同じ、新しいことを言ったりする
そこに、いう！
例：みんなが行わないだろう
「夢の病院project」
…病院が潰れているこの時代に。
「潰れそうな時こそチャンスなんです」
→（会場）
だめもとではじめられる「えい、やっ！」・チャレンジできる
「真剣さがある」
「制約が外れている」「新規事業できる」
多くの人が消極的 逆を行けばチャンスをつかめる
親会社がダメなら、一歩踏み出せる
これで、独創的になる
ただ、成否が問題になる 「うまくいくのか？」
→「うまくいくかもしれませんが、うまくいかないかもしれません」
「やろうとしているひとがいないから、勝負しましょう」
…新しいことに取り組むためには、企画書が必要
成否を盛り込まなければいけない
cf)独特
組み立てがないもの
→書かないと、組み立てられない
→一日一行 主語述語をはっきりさせ 文章を完成させる
大切なこと：「私」をかならず入れる
…一般抽象的では、「熱」がこもらない
一番最初の素案（たたき台）
…これがしっかりしていないと、独創的で勝てる（うまくいく）企画書にならない
「うまくいく」
・楽しい仕事にする
→効率的な楽をする
例：電話でこの場所を案内する 御茶ノ水駅にいて、この場所を知らないひと
・地図を描く
「図示」！！！ イメージしてもらうことが大切
企画書は、落書き帳
「色を使う」「動きをつかう」
「気付いていない」「行わない」「行えない」
ものを伝えるときは、＜絵＞＜色＞が重要
また、書いてみること、が大切
まず、<<想像・イメージ>> させることが大切
想像させてから、<<言葉>> にかえる
順番が逆なひとがおおい…
書くことは、イメージと違わないように言葉に落としていく作業
そうすると、企画書、になる
独創的なものが、「企」「画」書
…絵で企てないと
「変わったもの」は、計画書
図・色・動 は、企画書に落とさないと
成否を聞かれたら、
・難しいこと
・どうしたらそれを越えられるのか
を書くことが大切
「宿題」
①私、を主語に、毎日かく
思うこと、が書いていなければ、計画書（プログラム）
企業では、通用しないよ 「これ、他社でやっていたぞ」
②私がどうなっているのか、計画書を書く
③他人の裏をかく
友達が思っていることは、書かない
行わないだろう、ということはやってみよう 例：小児科
行えないこと 「女だから」「男だから」を越えてみよう
（今日、文章を書くときに、個性が飛んでしまっていた）

書いててつまんないものは、やっててつまんない

What I couldnt give to learn how you got your design to be so amazing! I mean it. Besides the blog just being brilliant, this page is too sweet! Its not too flashy. It doesnt do too much with colours and things and the videos you use are perfect for this topic! Really, fantastic website.

I'm the same way, I do my best to remain neutral. It's hard, if you communicate with the person the other person dislikes, then you fall out of favor with them! I simple can't dislike a person, just because someone else does, I just can't.

What you said made a lot of sense. But, think about this, what if you added a little content? I mean, I dont want to tell you how to run your blog, but what if you added something to maybe get peoples attention? Just like a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what youve got to say. In my opinion, it would make your blog come to life a little bit.

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. Nevertheless think of if you added some great visuals or video clips to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and clips, this website could certainly be one of the very best in its field. Good blog!

Thank you for this informative submit. I have tried a great deal of various wine openers throughout the years. I have tried from original that is hard to operate to automatic, which would be excellent if it woudnt require batteries changed so often. I feel the most effective choice would be Houdini Wine Opener. Corkscrews are removed just in fewtwists. Dont feel me?. You can dig deeper and see for yourself.

It's an excellent post and that i totally accept that which you stated. I am attempting to set up the Feed however i am definitely not very pc literate. May someone tell me how allow me to setup the RSS feed so I obtain informed of any brand new article? You need to clarify it in an straightforward method as I am obtaining old.
